Pres. Buhari to attend inauguration of Burkina Faso's newly elected President
President Muhammadu Buhari has confirmed he will be attending the
inauguration of President Roch Marc Christian Kabore of Burkina Faso on
Dec. 29.
The president disclosed this at a joint press briefing with the Interim
President of Burkina Faso, Michel Kafando, after their closed door
meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Wednesday, December 16.
He said that his decision to witness the event followed a special
invitation extended to him by the out-going interim president.
