A LIB reader sent in these photos. Said this woman who has lost the use of her legs, is seated night and day dangerously on the edge of the Lagos Ibadan Expressway, less than 1km away from the Governor's office in Alausa and less than 100m away from the secret service HQ in Magodo. She has been in this position for more than 3 days now.
Don't we have minimum safe harbour for disabled destitute like this woman? Can we please go there to help her? I'm sure there's a government agency that handles things like this.
